Bel Air, MD (June 11, 2025) – Harford Community College Athletics announces that Marissa Kozlowski has joined the Fighting Owls as the women's volleyball head coach. Kozlowski accepts the position departed by Johnny Powell, who resigned in May to accept the head women's volleyball coach position at Susquehanna University (Selinsgrove, Pa.), an NCAA Division III program. In six seasons (2020-21 cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic), Powell led Harford to a 102-22 (.823) overall record, two NJCAA Division II Women's Volleyball national tournament appearances, and the program's first national tournament victory.
